Corticale Srl is a neurotech OEM based in Genova, Liguria. The company develops, produces, and commercializes active CMOS high-density neural interfacing probe components for both pre-clinical and clinical applications. Corticale's technology utilizes the SiNAPS architecture, which is the only available technology implementing the "active pixel sensing" (APS) concept for in vivo implantable devices. This architecture allows Corticale’s devices to achieve an electrode density two orders of magnitude higher than any other neural interface currently available on the market. Additionally, the modularity of Corticale's technology enables quick and flexible layout customization, allowing for the production of neural interfaces tailored to various research and clinical applications.
